Work Environment

This full-time position operates on an onsite basis, where you will engage with patients in their homes, thereby enhancing the comfort and effectiveness of your treatments. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent routine while fostering a strong work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient objectives and treatment requirements, fostering a tailored approach to healthcare.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring dedicated attention and high-quality care for each client.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to apply effective methodologies while minimizing reliance on medications and promoting non-surgical alternatives.
• Develop and implement impactful treatment plans using an array of therapeutic techniques, ensuring each plan is customized according to the patient's unique needs and preferences.
• Create and deliver personalized fitness and wellness programs that address specific challenges faced by each patient.
• Provide compassionate support and motivation throughout the rehabilitation process to maximize patients' functional outcomes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, documenting progress accurately to inform adjustments and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Flex and Flow of Motion Therapeutics, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your role will emphasize understanding each patient's unique journey and tailoring interventions that address ongoing challenges while encouraging proactive engagement in their recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate Degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, free of any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing individualized exercise programs, ensuring proper execution.
• Experience in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software such as WebPT to maintain accurate documentation and streamline operations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex cases.
• Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based practices and innovative treatment strategies.
• Experience collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year based on experience, along with a full benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
