Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health and substance use challenges.

• Create and maintain up-to-date treatment plans that are compliant with state and federal regulations, ensuring a structured approach to client care.

• Document detailed progress notes following each session, capturing changes in client behavior and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical director during chart audits and contribute to the verification of individual and group therapy notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing challenges related to addiction, dual diagnosis, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
