This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work schedule. Collaborating with a team of like-minded mental health professionals, you will have the freedom to create your own work hours between Monday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, without the stress of on-call shifts. Our structure supports the delivery of care through live video sessions paired with self-guided educational materials, enhancing the overall client experience while ensuring clinical integrity. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Utilize automated tools for symptom tracking, functional assessments, and treatment goal progress to refine therapeutic approaches effectively.

• Engage in weekly drop-in consultation sessions with leadership to discuss cases, seek guidance, and ensure delivery of high-quality care.

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of client interactions, while ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and crisis management guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will focus primarily on adult clients, including individuals grappling with a range of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist, with at least one year of independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
