While you will maintain a flexible schedule, the role also requires availability for after-hours support, ensuring our clients receive timely care around the clock. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose clients using clinical techniques, developing individualized treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term mental health needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention and management, providing immediate support to clients in distress by utilizing established protocols and resources.

• Maintain rigorous documentation including critical incident reports, ensuring all forms are completed within 24 hours when necessary, to comply with organizational standards.

• Collaborate closely with county crisis services to coordinate care, ensuring that crisis alert systems are up-to-date and effective for prompt intervention.

• Provide after-hours phone support on an alternating basis, maintaining care coordination for clients during evenings and weekends.
\n
• Offer proactive counseling to clients to prevent crises and minimize reliance on emergency services by identifying risk factors and implementing preventative strategies.

• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices by participating in ongoing professional development and educational opportunities.
\n
• Execute other duties as assigned to support team initiatives and clinic objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
