Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments, utilizing standard tools and clinical interviews to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards, including daily documentation and progress notes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists and psychologists, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness during case consultations.

• Facilitate regular peer review meetings to discuss case studies and ensure the high quality of services offered at the center.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources.

• Continuously engage in professional development activities to remain current on advancements in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n
