Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical conditions, analyzing their medical histories, current abilities, and overall health status.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to meet each patient's unique physical therapy needs.
• Administer targeted manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and promote healing.
• Educate clients and their families by explaining the details of their treatment plans and providing at-home exercise programs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• Record and maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. This includes managing cases related to sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain syndromes, and various movement disorders. Your expertise will be vital in helping patients regain function and return to their daily activities effectively.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven clinical experience of at least 3 years, including internships or residencies, with hands-on practice in an orthopedic setting.
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal injuries, diseases, and treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
