This position is designed for a telehealth setting, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and observations to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s presenting issues.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing timely and compassionate support to clients in acute distress or emergency scenarios.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Possession of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
