Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions via telehealth to students, addressing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate students’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, using standardized tools and observational data.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with students and their families, ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity to the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required based on feedback from the students and adjustments in their psychosocial environments.

• Work closely with educational staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to create a unified approach to student welfare, including crisis intervention when necessary.

• Educate students and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
