Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct supportive individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to the needs of each client.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and revise comprehensive treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and observation of patient progress.

• Document all patient encounters promptly and accurately in accordance with department standards, ensuring all progress notes reflect client progress and therapy goals.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure that all documentation is completed by the end of your shift.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and a strong understanding of warning signs for aggressive behavior.

• Engage in regular treatment team meetings to discuss client cases and collaborate on therapeutic strategies.
\n
• Advocate for appropriate services for your patients, facilitating referrals as necessary to support their therapeutic journey.

• Remain flexible and adaptive to client needs, adjusting your therapeutic approaches and schedules as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be responsible for serving a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your approach will encompass comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing overall well-being and fostering resilience. By engaging with clients from different backgrounds, you will enrich your practice while contributing to elevated community mental health standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing direct therapy services.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in delivering marriage and family therapy services across diverse populations.

• Proficient knowledge of diagnostic criteria and treatment planning using the DSM-5.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
