As a remote Telehealth provider, you will enjoy the flexibility of a home-based office while being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment. Our work hours are structured from 9 AM to 4 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, addressing pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation while adhering to regulatory standards.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices by utilizing screening tools as indicated by the clinical team, guaranteeing high-quality care.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the overall compliance and success of the organization.
\n
• Establish and maintain connections with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community stakeholders to foster partnerships that benefit our clients.
\n
• Facilitate open communication to meet contract standards and advocate for the agency’s mission within the community.
\n
• Engage in activities for personal and professional development such as attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings related to the mental health field.

• Promote the agency’s values and principles consistently and contribute to a culture of teamwork and respect.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a dynamic, responsive, and adaptive work environment.

Qualifications\n

• Mandatory: A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
