• You will conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on improving their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license issued by the state board, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong professional judgment skills to make evaluations and treatment recommendations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.
\n
• Proficient computer literacy, enabling you to navigate teletherapy platforms and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a diverse client base and demonstrated success in rapport-building to facilitate productive therapeutic relationships.

• Prior experience in remote or telehealth counseling settings is a plus, as this can enhance the effectiveness of sessions.
