Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through video chat sessions to understand each client's unique needs and background.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to their mental health concerns.

• Continuously monitor client progress towards set goals, providing support and adjustments to treatment as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our digital record-keeping system, ensuring compliance and facilitating effective care.

Client Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, reflecting the rich tapestry of the community we serve. You will be instrumental in building trusting relationships with clients, encouraging them to engage in their mental health journeys actively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license to practice in Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.

• Strong ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning based on client assessments and progress.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature that fosters trust and understanding with clients.

• Proficient computer literacy skills, particularly with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
