Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health and develop effective, tailored treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and closely monitor their progress to adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring the best outcomes for each individual.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients with access challenges or who prefer remote sessions, ensuring high-quality care is available to everyone.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to adhere to ethical standards and meet regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities such as workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
