Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their psychiatric diagnoses and identified challenges.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques tailored to each client's requirements.

• Engage in regular clinical consultations and team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, outcomes, and areas for improvement.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in our electronic health record system, adhering to departmental policies.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and continuity of care processes, ensuring that clients have a robust support structure as they transition from therapy.

• Facilitate support groups and workshops to enhance community engagement and promote mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with adult and adolescent patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. A primary focus will be on fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and working towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health is preferred, with a proven track record in providing high-quality therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
