This role offers a remote work setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of our community health clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common mental health concerns while creating a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure safety and stability for patients.

• Educate patients about various mental health conditions, outlining treatment options and introducing them to available community resources to facilitate their recovery.

• Maintain complete and confidential records of patient interactions, adhering to legal and ethical documentation standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
