Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth Psychosocial Assessments through telehealth platforms, ensuring comprehensive understanding of each client’s needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals for clients, tailoring approaches as needed.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress in line with best practices for digital documentation and HIPAA compliance.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer reviews, adjusting therapeutic interventions to maximize effectiveness and responsiveness to client feedback.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, community resources, and client support systems to deliver holistic care.

Your clients will consist of individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related therapeutic field is required.

• Must hold an active LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
