Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Guideline Health Care Center, you will engage in the following responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to couples, families, and individuals, often addressing diverse issues such as grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to separation and divorce.
• Conduct both joint and individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client.
• Document treatment plans and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and engage in continuous learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients facing complex situations that may require multidisciplinary intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role at Guideline Health Care Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and children. You will have the opportunity to address a range of issues that include:

• Alcohol abuse and addiction
• Physical and psychological abuse

• Interpersonal conflicts within families, including siblings and parent-child relationships

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and evidence-based care

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly within community health or outpatient services

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive compensation package, with an annual salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
