This role offers a unique remote working environment, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while contributing to a school setting from the comfort of your own home. We are responsive to the needs of our staff and clients, offering options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within the designated hours of Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges.

• Interview clients to obtain and analyze vital social, personal, environmental, and health information needed for effective treatment planning.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and tailor treatment strategies to address issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief.
\n
• Design and coordinate programs and activities aimed at meeting the social and emotional needs of clients, ensuring they are supported in their healing journey.
\n
• Facilitate cases that involve cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, providing crisis intervention as necessary and directing clients to community resources.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other professionals within the organization to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and adjust strategies as needed for optimal client outcomes.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols, maintaining accurate and timely records for review.
\n
• Maintain an organized caseload in compliance with agency expectations while ensuring that all clients receive prompt and effective services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the broader goals of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus primarily on a diverse population of school-aged children and their families, working to address various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, behavioral issues, and familial concerns. Our integrated care approach facilitates early intervention and empowers families to develop coping strategies, enhancing their overall quality of life. The remote setting allows the therapist to reach underserved communities more effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in clinical social work, especially in settings involving behavioral mental health.

• Demonstrated expertise in treating mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, substance dependency, family therapy, and grief counseling.

• Prior experience in a school or educational setting, providing mental health support to children and adolescents.
