Work Environment

This position is based in a state-of-the-art outpatient office, providing a collaborative and supportive work setting. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a structured yet dynamic work environment. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team aimed at providing holistic care that addresses both physical and psychological aspects of health.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in patient management through various responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough and comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their medical needs.
• Managing patients through acute medical episodes or exacerbation of chronic conditions with appropriate testing, diagnostics, and interventions.
• Providing care during short-term sub-acute rehabilitation episodes, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient encounters, including coding for ICD-10 conditions, and entering data into electronic medical records.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engaging in advanced care planning conversations, especially for patients experiencing advanced illness and end-of-life considerations.
• Providing counseling and education to patients and caregivers to empower them in managing their health conditions.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner and an active state nursing license.
• A master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• At least three years of clinical experience in a hospital setting or comparable environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with electronic medical records and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
