Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cardiovascular assessments, including history taking and physical examinations, to identify both acute and chronic heart conditions.
• Administer diagnostic tests such as EKGs and stress tests, accurately interpreting the results to guide clinical decisions.
• Formulate and implement personalized care plans that encompass medication management, lifestyle modifications, and educational resources tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and school personnel to ensure comprehensive cardiac care and to facilitate smooth transitions between services.
• Lead community outreach initiatives to educate staff, students, and families about heart disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient medical records while adhering to all relevant regulatory standards, ensuring information is accurate, confidential, and readily accessible for continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, with a specialization in Cardiovascular Nursing or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
