Work Environment

The work setting is an onsite outpatient office located in the heart of Buffalo, creating a collaborative atmosphere that promotes teamwork among healthcare professionals. You will have a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations to accurately diagnose and create effective treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging studies to inform clinical decisions and facilitate comprehensive care.
• Prescribe medications and perform therapeutic procedures to manage various acute and chronic health conditions.
• Engage in patient education and counseling, focusing on health promotion, chronic disease management, and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, specialists, and nursing staff, to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of patients across various age groups—from pediatric to geriatric populations. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current and valid nurse practitioner licensure in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits
