Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing tailored treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
• Stay informed on state practice regulations and ensure compliance with all laws governing physical therapy practice.
• Provide comprehensive evaluation services, documenting patient history, assessment results, and creating actionable recommendations.
• Implement treatment protocols effectively based on assessment findings, adapting strategies according to patient progress and healthcare trends.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, providing consultative insights and recognizing when to seek additional support for patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities, including initial evaluations, ongoing progress notes, and discharge summaries that provide a clear overview of each patient's treatment journey.
• Participate in all training and continuing education programs to remain compliant with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
• Deliver designated treatments daily while ensuring high-quality care and maximizing departmental productivity.
• Engage actively in team discussions to identify and remove barriers to patient access, contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend meetings, in-services, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and emerging therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
