Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique work arrangement that is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and clients in a school setting. Our team's collaborative approach ensures that even in a remote capacity, you will have access to the necessary resources and peer support to thrive in your role. Your working hours will be structured from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend obligations, promoting a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Treatment Coordination: Implement and manage behavioral health services, ensuring all interventions align with best practices and meet regulatory requirements.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary primary care team, effectively communicating with healthcare providers and support staff to enhance client care.

• Policy Adherence: Uphold and adhere to all mental health policies and procedures relevant to both the behavioral health program and organizational standards.

• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate counseling and crisis management support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Referral Services: Identify clients requiring more intensive care or specialized treatment and facilitate referrals to appropriate external services.

• Substance Abuse Screening: Conduct screenings for prescription drug and substance abuse, guiding clients towards supportive resources as needed.

• Client Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless care continuity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
