Work Environment\n

This role is remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to connect with students, families, and school personnel across various locations. \n Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a well-structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the specific needs of students, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct thorough assessments to monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, support systems, and coping strategies for improved well-being.

• Engage with school staff and other mental health professionals to create a supportive environment for students, including attending staff meetings and collaborating on multidisciplinary teams.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and quality care delivery.

• Remain informed about current trends and advancements in mental health treatment to enhance professional development and service effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. This role supports students who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will also work closely with families to empower them with the tools needed to facilitate their children's success both in school and at home.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LCSW license in Nevada is required.

• Exceptional skills in clinical evaluation and treatment planning, particularly with older adolescents.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering teamwork and a collaborative approach to care.

• Competency in mental health diagnostics to assess and develop tailored treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
