Italian Custom Cabinets is seeking a motivated sales professional to develop new business, build lasting relationships, and help customers move from initial inquiry to a signed agreement.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, actively finding opportunities, and following through. You will work with our design and estimating team, with your primary focus on sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, remodelers, interior designers, architects, and homeowners.
• Generate new opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and local business visits.
• Respond to incoming inquiries and understand each customer’s project, budget, and timeline.
• Schedule customer meetings, showroom visits, and project consultations.
• Coordinate with our team to prepare and present proposals.
• Follow up consistently on estimates, answer sales questions, and help secure signed agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities, and next steps in a shared sales system.
• Work toward agreed sales goals and provide weekly progress updates.
• Coordinate a clear handoff to the project team after a sale.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in cabinetry, remodeling, building materials, interiors, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to generate business and manage customer follow-up.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent outreach.
• Willingness to learn custom cabinetry products, materials, and processes.
• Availability for customer meetings and local travel throughout the Greater Seattle area.

Existing relationships with local builders, contractors, or designers are a plus. Cabinet design software experience is helpful but is not required for this sales-focused role.
