Key Responsibilities\n \n Establish trust and rapport with clients by creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment conducive to open dialogue. \n Conduct detailed assessments to diagnose mental health issues, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient. \n Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address mental health challenges. \n Regularly evaluate client progress, adapting therapeutic strategies as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to additional resources or specialists when needed. \n Maintain detailed client records in adherence to best practices and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will directly impact a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. By fostering a holistic approach, you will assist clients in navigating their emotional and mental health journeys, empowering them with tools and strategies to manage their conditions effectively. Qualifications\n \n A valid and active LMFT license to practice in Arizona. \n A master's or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n Strong theoretical knowledge of marital and family systems with proficiency in various therapeutic modalities. \n Exceptional communicative and interpersonal skills, allowing for forming strong therapeutic alliances with clients. \n Ability to evaluate and integrate feedback from clients and colleagues to strengthen therapeutic approaches. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience or certification in addiction therapy, surrounded by a solid understanding of evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. \n Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload and work effectively in a remote setting. \n Proven experience in developing and implementing targeted therapeutic interventions that lead to measurable client outcomes. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
