Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and interviews to gather psycho-social data from clients and their support systems.

• Employ the mental health recovery model, integrating recovery principles into practice and tailoring interventions to support clients' strengths.

• Develop and carry out detailed crisis intervention and treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their goals and preferences are prioritized.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatry and social work professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and address complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Medi Fate, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. The focus will be on providing empathetic, culturally competent, and evidence-based counseling services. You will encounter cases involving mood disorders, anxiety, trauma recovery, grief counseling, and addiction treatment, enabling you to utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Proven proficiency in treatment planning and familiarity with psychological assessment tools.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and effectively document progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct mental health counseling experience, particularly in telehealth settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
