Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments and developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team.

• Facilitating and leading consumer groups, providing psychoeducation, particularly on perinatal mental health issues, and creating a safe space for discussion.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation related to treatment plans, client progress, and other essential reports in adherence to ethical guidelines and compliance standards.

• Engaging with clients’ families and support systems through individual meetings to foster a collaborative treatment approach.

• Developing and nurturing relationships with community organizations and potential referral sources to facilitate continued care and resource sharing.

• Participating actively in staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance team dynamics and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid Social Work License in accordance with State Regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• An absence of any Medical Malpractice Claims, verified through a third-party source.
