With our in-house credentialing services, you will have streamlined access to necessary resources for patient management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals and families, gathering comprehensive background information to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on thorough analysis and understanding of client needs, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, presenting case findings, treatment progress, and adjusting care plans as necessary during patient rounds.

• Provide ongoing case management, collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure the highest level of support and care continuity for your patients.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all clinical encounters, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with industry standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development, maintaining your licensure and staying abreast of the latest mental health trends and research to effectively apply new strategies in therapy.

The clients you will serve reflect a wide range of backgrounds and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the State of Florida is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
