Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments with clients to identify their mental health concerns, assess their strengths, and understand their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and aid them in accessing relevant mental health services and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting clients from various backgrounds and navigating their personal journeys toward recovery and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and psychopharmacology.

• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
