This position is remote, offering the flexibility to design your own workspace while maintaining a balanced professional and personal life. Our therapists utilize the latest telehealth technologies to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring that clients feel safe and connected. The structured work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent routine with ample opportunity for client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Create a warm and welcoming virtual environment that encourages open dialogue and trust among clients.

• Assist clients in identifying and setting personal growth objectives, while guiding them through actionable steps to achieve these goals.

• Develop, implement, and consistently evaluate individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client feedback.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with colleagues to enhance treatment strategies and share best practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training related to virtual care and emerging mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents and adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve not only providing therapy but also advocating for clients’ needs and connecting them with additional resources when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated experience in conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and utilizing telehealth platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Comfortability navigating various telehealth tools and maintaining an empathetic approach in a digital setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
