Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, crisis intervention sessions, and ongoing assessments to ensure effective patient care.

• Determine the appropriate levels of disposition and care for patients, coordinating closely with other health professionals and institutional programs.

• Complete necessary statistical and clinical documentation to track patient progress and compliance with care plans.

• Establish collaborative relationships with the Department of Correction to facilitate access and treatment for incarcerated patients.

• Lead group therapy sessions in designated mental health and observation units to foster a supportive community recovery environment.

• Engage in clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor weekly to refine skills and receive feedback on performance.

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, treatment planning, and case conferences to address the evolving needs of patients.

• Supervise social work interns or volunteers as needed, providing mentorship and guidance for emerging professionals in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
