Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, using standardized tools to identify issues and formulate appropriate interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic practices.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions for adult clients via teletherapy, implementing solution-focused strategies to drive positive outcomes.

• Handle crisis intervention situations with professionalism, employing de-escalation techniques and creating immediate safety plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups who present a wide range of mental health complexities. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role is critical in guiding these individuals towards achieving their mental health goals and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC; Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) will also be considered.
