Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, experiences, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' preferences and incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that not only address current issues but also explore long-term coping strategies and personal development.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards, thus contributing to data-driven outcomes for our clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Anchored Visions Discovery Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
