Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand each client’s unique needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their goals, cultural considerations, and personal values.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure that clients in acute distress receive timely support.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in providing mental health counseling. Compensation and Benefits\n
