Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, challenges, and resources, allowing for informed treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapies, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused interventions tailored to client needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and appropriate interventions based on assessment findings.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to coordinate a unified approach to client care.

• Maintain systematic and accurate documentation of all client interactions, in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n
