Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote connectivity among clients, allowing them to share experiences and support one another.

• Providing individualized therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe space for exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, which are goal-oriented and address their specific challenges.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress through various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective care delivery.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights, and address complex cases, ensuring clients receive optimal treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing mental health challenges. This population often seeks help in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. Your role is critical in helping them cultivate coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and achieve personal growth during a formative time in their lives. The outpatient treatment center provides a nurturing setting where clients can engage in Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services tailored to their developmental stage.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and ethical practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is highly valued.

• Prior experience in providing counseling to young adults, particularly in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
