Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in connecting with clients through telehealth platforms. Working from home, you will engage with clients via video sessions, phone calls, and other digital communication tools. Our team fosters a supportive and innovative atmosphere, where each counselor is encouraged to share ideas and contribute to developing our multidisciplinary practice. You will maintain a balanced work-life schedule, with consistent hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering meaningful relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-in sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and refine personalized treatment plans focused on their unique mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical regulations.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital resources to track outcomes and enhance service delivery.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, including in-house cross-training initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will engage with a diverse array of clients, including individuals of various ages seeking support for mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The remote nature of our practice allows for greater accessibility, providing essential services to those who may face barriers to traditional in-person counseling—whether due to geographical limitations or personal circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities available based on performance.
