Superior Balance Physical Health Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our orthopedic outpatient office, where you will work closely with a diverse group of patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify each patient's individual goals and specific needs.
• Manage and maintain a patient caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour to ensure focused, quality treatment.
• Develop and implement cost-effective treatment strategies that emphasize the improvement of patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities aimed at reducing the reliance on medications and avoiding unnecessary surgical procedures.
• Create detailed care plans that incorporate a mix of therapeutic techniques, addressing the distinct needs of each individual.
• Design and execute customized fitness and wellness programs to promote enhanced physical capabilities in all patients.
• Provide motivation and encouragement throughout each stage of the treatment process to foster optimal patient functioning.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Regularly assess and document treatment outcomes, progress, and necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient services provided, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Our clients range from athletes seeking to regain peak performance to seniors looking to maintain their independence and mobility. Your role will be crucial in tailoring strategies that not only address immediate concerns but also empower clients to achieve long-term wellness goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A pristine professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Exceptional ability to design and implement effective exercise therapy protocols.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated success in developing patient-centered care strategies that have positively impacted recovery outcomes.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
