Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, crafting individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities. These may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, all tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy options, allowing clients who may face challenges in accessing traditional therapy settings to receive support conveniently and effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, enhancing your clinical skills and keeping abreast of the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adults, each facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. As an LMFT, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their emotions, develop coping strategies, and improve their relationships. You will often work with family units, addressing concerns that affect various members, ultimately nurturing healthier family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 83,000 to 104,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for successful candidates.
