Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized, evidence-based therapeutic care in weekly video sessions tailored to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of adult clients.

• Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that integrate medication management with therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and other tools to monitor progress and refine treatment strategies based on real-time data.
\n
• Ensure the creation of timely clinical documentation by utilizing our user-friendly therapy portal, designed to streamline your administrative workload.
\n
• Engage in ongoing consultation and training sessions with our Therapy Leadership Team, offering structured support when challenges arise.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals (ages 13 and up) and couples, employing a variety of methodologies including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your therapeutical approach will be patient-centered, with a strong emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
