Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge clients' mental and emotional health, developing a deep understanding of their personal histories and current challenges.

• Formulate and implement strategic treatment plans that reflect clients' specific needs and goals, regularly adjusting these plans based on progress and feedback.

• Facilitate 1:1 therapy sessions addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and nurturing emotional intimacy.

• Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring all documentation is completed promptly and in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatric and medical professionals, to provide holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, offering immediate support to clients in distress.

• Continuously update your knowledge of best practices and advanced methodologies within the field of marriage and family therapy through professional development workshops and training opportunities.

• Advocate for clients, empowering them to actively participate in their treatment plans while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied patient population, including adolescents, adults, and couples who may be experiencing diverse challenges such as relationship problems, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals and couples, with a preference for those with 2 or more years of direct practice.

• Ability to develop comprehensive assessment and treatment documentation quickly and accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n
