This position is entirely remote and operates under a telehealth model, allowing for flexibility in working hours while providing essential services to clients every day. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns through detailed interviews and clinical questionnaires to develop tailored treatment plans.

  Facilitate engaging master sessions in both individual and group formats by employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

  Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure seamless and integrated care for each client.

  Provide education and support to clients’ family members, enhancing their understanding of the recovery process and fostering a supportive home environment.

  Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to monitor client progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counseling services provided will cater to a diverse array of client needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Licensure: A valid license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a proven track record of effective therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
