Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for a diverse clientele, executing thorough evaluations to tailor approaches to each client’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a professional counseling environment, preferably in clinical settings.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relating to counseling and mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ser Mejor offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with attractive benefits which include: an unlimited earning potential through performance bonuses, a sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to work in a hybrid model if desired.
