This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to support the Event Managers with administrative coordination and ensure every detail is in place for exceptional client experiences and memorable events. As an Event Services Coordinator, you’re not just supporting event delivery – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Here’s what you'll do during a typical day: Support event communications: Draft client correspondences, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), convention resumes, and internal memos, on behalf of the event services team and hotel leadership Maintain accurate event data: Input, update, and proofread event and guest details in the computerized function book (FDC) and order guest room rate cards Prepare client kits: Maintain and distribute meeting/convention orientation details for client introductory kits Compile meeting files: Create and organize Meetings & Conventions binders by gathering key details from sales files and ensuring all event information is accurately compiled and accessible Provide administrative support: Answer phones, manage email inbox, process incoming and outgoing mail, route correspondence as needed, and perform other general office duties Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
