Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute to the organization from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients across various settings. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments that result in individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to implement effective therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain comprehensive client records with strict adherence to HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all documentation processes.

• Engage in collaborative care practices with a multidisciplinary team, encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors for integrated treatment planning.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to discuss client progress and enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
