As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and contribute to a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:30 PM - 11:00 PMSun02:30 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery areas in accordance with site requirements, helping to deter unauthorized entry and suspicious activity. Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
