Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients, actively participating in case consultations and treatment planning meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and security.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continuing education to stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.
