This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to engage with a diverse patient population from the comfort of your home. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve patients with diverse backgrounds who are facing complex challenges, including but not limited to chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Your focus will be on providing integrated care to these individuals, who require both mental health support and coordination with medical treatment.

Qualifications\n

  Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

  Proven ability to address the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

  Experience in delivering integrated mental health care, collaborating with medical teams to conceive and execute treatment plans.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a therapeutic rapport with patients.

  Expertise in maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality.

  Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and requisite computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
