Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, developing tailored therapeutic approaches specific to each individual.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in individual, group, and family sessions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while using electronic health records (EMR) effectively for client management.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and comprehensive treatment planning.

• Continuously update knowledge and skills through participation in professional development workshops, staying abreast with the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.

• This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging between USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
